Tecnica created Attiva after in-depth study and research into women’s needs and expectations. This all-feminine line is a perfect combination of comfort, design and technology. The Calf Adapter system with adjustable spoiler allows for best regulation of pressure on the calf. What’s more the ratchet system (Adjustable Cuff latch) offers three different positions to adapt to any type of leg. By just simply pressing with the hand, the catch may be moved to the required position. A specific insert (Attiva Heel Support) is applied onto the wedge inside the shell whereby Attiva customizes the fit in the heel area even more to the female anatomy to ensure absolute comfort. The insulating layer Primaloft® offers fast drying and great breathability. It consists of very fine soft multi-diameter fibers that are compressible like goose feathers, do not absorb water and keep the foot warm even when damp. This is all achieved thanks to its capacity to retain body heat despite its ultra-light weight. The Primaloft® technology has been extended to the whole toe box area, which is particularly cold-sensitive. The soft and insulating materials used to make the lining of the Attiva range liners give a feeling of warmth and total comfort. The underside is in pile, while the topside is in long-stapled pile making for an extremely soft and comfortable fit as well as guaranteeing insulation, warmth, breathability and softness. Specific Attiva arch supports and ankle padding have been inserted for superb adaptation to the anatomy of the female foot.
